What is 1st Time Manager Academy?
4 mounths of learning the basic managerial skills.
Who should attend this training: those who are to occupy a leading position, those who are first in leadership positions, managers newly appointed, those who want “next level” results, team leaders, supervisors or team coordinators recently appointed.
Benefits: the participants will be involved in 4 training modules followed by four sessions of one-to-one coaching, and projects both common and individual. Also, the Academy concerns taking part in the leadership training of Jim Bagnola, as part of the modules mentioned.
