BECOMING THE DIGITAL MANAGER

The world has changed. Looking into the eyes, a handshake, a pat on the shoulder, all these things gave us comfort and the guarantee that the other is on the same path as us. The world, though moving terribly fast, was known to us.

We knew where we wanted to go and what decisions to make. We spent more time with colleagues than with families. And we had our ways of staying optimistic or making important decisions.

Now we are in a position to take these certainties through other means, in a world radically different from the one we knew.

And once again, we need to change. To understand what is happening around us, to find ways to regain control over how we act.

We at HPDI have prepared the academy BECOMING THE DIGITAL MANAGER to support all those who are responsible not only for themselves but also for the teams they coordinate. We have developed a set of tools that provide both the necessary information for each manager, but also allow a refreshing flexibility to use them at the right time and in the right context.
