MENTAL TRAPS IN WORKING FROM HOME – HPDI

MENTAL TRAPS IN WORKING FROM HOME

Remote Work Training

Why MENTAL TRAPS IN WORKING FROM HOME?

Mental traps are the mistakes our mind makes when interpreting an event, whether it’s the misinterpretation of reality, or the personal, social, or moral interference that “jams” us when we judge an event.

In remote work, loneliness, isolation, professional insecurity and unpredictability are all factors that favor mental traps. At a distance it is easier to lose sight of the big picture and turn a neutral situation into a very difficult situation. During the webinar, we break prejudices, increase tolerance to frustration, dilute fears and insecurity, to bring to light a resilient, responsible, and free emotional approach to remote work.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

  • Awareness of the causes and effects of the most common mental pitfalls of remote work.
  • Understand the mechanisms that generate blockages.
  • Identify ways to reduce uncertainty and increase control of remote activities.
