Why choose Emotional resilience?

We are exposed on daily basis to experiences, emotions and feelings. Some of it have a strong influence on our behaviour, and others push us toreact in ways that can affect the people around us and our work. This will be the subject of our training, about how to understand these emotions, accept it and use it only for our personal grow.

Who should attend this training: Everyone interested to fight daily basis stress, to learn and develop behaviours, thoughts and actions to support it.

Benefits: Participants will get to know the concept of emotional resilience at micro and macro scale, will learn about the factors that influence their own change and they will make a concrete plan of becoming more resilient. We will approach emotional resilience from the psychological and emotional
point of view.

Course objectives:


Be able to evaluate their own resilience and be aware of how to react in stressful situations


Be aware of the amount of influence that resilience have among their motivation, performance, relationships and health


Acquire new skills and behaviors


Build an individual “Resilience Action Plan” that includes other people also

Concept and definition

- Emotional resilience concept at micro and macro scale - Similarities and differences between emotional resilience and emotional intelligence - Explaining the emotional and psychological point of view or emotional resilience - Resilience dimensions: physical, mental, spiritual, emotional

Internal and external causes and factors

- Evaluate internal and external factors - How does this factors influence the 4 dimensions of resilience - Self-evaluation of personal resilience

Adapting strategy

- The ability to make realistic plans and take action - Positive thinking and confidence in your own strengths and abilities - Ability to manage very strong feelings and impulses - Let's look as "observers" at crises and stressful situations

Recognition, regulation and planning

- Reaching in-Reaching out method - Feelings management when facing crisis situations - Accept and embrace emotional resilience on daily basis - Remove protective behaviors like avoiding and compensating - Develop an action plan
